Elementary school students visit CSUSB to learn about college
In early November, Cal State San Bernardino played host to 166 third- and fifth-grade students from Riverside and Victorville and their parents/guardians to introduce them to the university and college life, and what they will need to know and do to go onto college after high school. The visitors received a warm welcome when a group of CSUSB students, faculty and staff greeted them at the Santos Manuel Student Union as they arrived. The event was organized by the College of Education’s EDUC 780 “Special Topics along the PK-20 Pipeline” students, and co-sponsored by the university’s Doctoral Studies Program in Educational Leadership.
